CalmQuota Terms of Use

Agreement
These terms govern use of Forestradianther products and related services provided by CalmQuota. By accessing or purchasing, users accept these terms and any referenced policies. If users do not agree, product access should not be continued.
Eligibility and accounts
Users must provide accurate information and keep account access details secure and current. Users are responsible for actions performed through their account credentials and must notify CalmQuota when unauthorized use is suspected.
Product scope
Products are practical planning tools and guidance resources designed for day-to-day workload organization. Product descriptions, features, and availability may evolve over time to maintain quality and relevance.
Payments
Prices are displayed in EUR and processed at checkout based on selected product and service scope. Users agree to complete payment obligations at the stated price and applicable taxes or fees where required by law.
Permitted use
Users may use purchased products for their internal personal or organizational productivity context. Users may not resell, redistribute, publicly repackage, or replicate product materials without written permission from CalmQuota.
Prohibited behavior
Users must not misuse the platform, disrupt service integrity, or attempt unauthorized data access. Abuse, malicious automation, credential sharing, and behavior that harms other users may result in restricted access.
Intellectual property
All CalmQuota product content, naming, and structural materials remain protected intellectual property. Purchase grants limited use rights only and does not transfer ownership of underlying material or brand assets.
Service availability
CalmQuota works to maintain reliable operations but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled updates, infrastructure dependencies, and external events may occasionally affect access windows.
Liability boundaries
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses linked to confirmed contractual breach. Indirect, incidental, and consequential damages are excluded unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law and interpreted in line with applicable EU framework obligations. Any disputes should first be addressed through direct written contact to support@forestradianther.world.
